Chow Nasty

CHOW NASTYThe electro-sexual trio has riled up clubs, galleries, warehouses, and garages across the nation, honing their punk-funk party rock to dangerously debauched levels.

In 2006, they released their debut album, produced by Stones Throw Records president Peanut Butter Wolf, who discovered the band at a Chromeo show. They have played with the likes of Eagles of Death Metal, MC Hammer, and Morris Day & the Time.

Says Rhapsody: “Sweet jams and beats that go boom, it’s 21st century soul music as played by three kids with A.D.D. and a cursory knowledge of Radio Shack electronics.”

Black Feelings

BLACK FEELINGS

In their own words: Black Feelings is psychic music and long weird cries coming from deep in the dark jewel marsh at dawn. heavy incantations and happy swells, the rhythms of things you can’t see with strange feelings from two dudes reaching deep inside. nightmare hippies from montreal droning song, psychedelic worlds of something, lightning fast and mindlessly naive.

In our words: Montreal high-energy noise/dance/sludge!!!

!!!COME TO DANCE!!!

It’s gearing up to be a pretty fun beginning to spring. Hope to see some folks out at these events as well as a few others that are currently in the works. Be good.
